Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Launchmatic ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any law or regulation; (b) deploy malicious software, phishing pages, or content that infringes intellectual property rights; (c) perform cryptocurrency mining; (d) send unsolicited bulk communications; or (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' resources.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all code and content you deploy through the Service. Launchmatic retains ownership of the platform, branding, and underlying technology.
5. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. Paid plans include SLA commitments as described in your plan terms.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your deployed services will be shut down and data will be deleted within 30 days. You may export your data before termination.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Launchmatic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
