1. Data We Collect
We collect information you provide directly: your GitHub profile (username, email, avatar), project and service configurations, and environment variables (encrypted at rest). We also collect usage data such as page views, deployment counts, and error logs.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to: (a) provide and improve the Service; (b) authenticate your identity; (c) send transactional emails (deployment status, alerts); (d) monitor platform health and security; and (e) generate anonymous, aggregated analytics.
3. Cookies
We use essential cookies for session management and authentication. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Analytics cookies (if enabled) are anonymous and do not track you across other sites.
4. Third Parties
We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform: cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud), payment processing, and email delivery. We do not sell your data to third parties.
5. Data Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. Deployment logs are retained for 90 days. Upon account deletion, all personal data is removed within 30 days. Anonymized aggregate data may be retained indefinitely.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. EU/EEA residents have additional rights under GDPR, including data portability and the right to object to processing.
7. Security
We encrypt data in transit (TLS) and at rest. Environment variables are encrypted with AES-256. Access to production systems is restricted and audited. We conduct regular security reviews.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification.
